Background and service history
With several years of experience in the Roblox realism community, I have built a consistent record of service across multiple military organizations. I originally operated under the username VincentPlayerZFX — an account that was removed by Roblox — and have since continued my career under BossVmg22, maintaining the same standards throughout.
The majority of my service has been concentrated within Filipino and British military communities, where I have held Senior Non-Commissioned Officer positions across various divisions and commands. My approach to every role has remained the same — take the time to fully understand the responsibilities of the position, and carry them out with integrity.
Titles mean little without the work to back them up, and that has always guided how I conduct myself in every community I have been part of.

New Gen of the Filipino Army (TFA — SFX)
- Served as CXO, CCO, and Sergeant Major within the Army Aviation Regiment, serving for approximately one year across multiple concurrent responsibilities.
- Served as Battalion Sergeant Major in the RMD and FMP divisions, fulfilling key leadership duties throughout tenure.
- Served as Course INS/HEAD for the Sergeant Major Course, overseeing training operations for over a month.
- Served as Divisional Sergeant Major of the Luna Sharpshooter Infantry, providing senior enlisted leadership and divisional oversight.
- Served as Sergeant Major of the Philippine Army (SMPA), representing senior NCO authority at the organizational level.
- Designed and implemented the AFP Driving Course Program, serving as its primary overseer and founding architect.
- Served as Senior Legal Counsel within the Judge Advocate General Service, advising on legal matters and military regulations.
